Under her direction, iSprout has expanded across 9 cities and grown to over 2.5 million sq. ft of managed workspace, with a focus on scalable growth, operational excellence, and client-centric solutions.

Cheif Experience Officer at iSprout

Adhithya Srinivasan is an accomplished finance leader with nearly two decades of experience across corporate finance, auditing, investment advisory, and strategic financial management. He currently serves as Head of FP&A at VEH Global Private Limited, leading core finance operations and driving organizational growth.

Previously, he was a Partner at Padmanaban & Associates, advising clients on statutory audits, taxation, compliance, and financial structuring. He has also held leadership roles including AVP at Oremus Corp Services, where he oversaw fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory, along with key positions at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Phoenix Commodities, contributing to financial planning and performance management.

Adhithya is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Commerce graduate, with deep expertise in finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
