Welcome to isprout.in! iSprout is in to the business of leasing spaces!! We provide our clients a customised inspiring workspaces, where the clients can become productive on the day one, when they enter the office.
We respect the value of privacy of all and any information that a person provides on the iSprout (further referred to as “Company”) website. We are completely complaint with the IT security policy as envisaged by the regulatory agencies of the land. This privacy policy applies to https://isprout.in and any mobile apps currently being used and will be used in the future either on the PlayStore (Andriod) or AppStore(iOS) platforms.
This privacy policy envisages;
- A statement of iSprout’s practices and policies in relation to your data
- Various types of the data/information that we collect from any user when they access our platform or services
- Provides the purposes as well as iSprout practices for collecting, using, maintain, processing, protecting and disclosing the data and
- Security practices and procedures adapted by iSprout for protecting the privacy of the data
This privacy policy applies to only to the information that we collect on our platforms though our Services, such as in email, text, and other digital electronic communications sent though or in connection with our services.

We, at iSprout, and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, application programming interfaces (APIs) “flash cookies” and similar technologies to collect and store information in respect to your use of the Platforms and Services, and third-party websites. We undertake to use and process your Information with integrity, accountability, fairness and transparency. We also undertake to use our best efforts to protect the Data from unlawful processing.

Some of our products, services, and databases are hosted by third-party hosting service providers.

We may share your information when we believe in good faith that such sharing is reasonably necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities or to comply with legal processes and Information security acts of the land. We may also share your information to investigate and address threats or potential threats to the physical safety of any person, to investigate and address violations of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, or to investigate and address violations of the rights of any third parties and/or to protect the rights, property, and safety of iSprout, our employees, users, or the public. 5. COMMUNICATIONS CHOICES
When you sign up for an account on the iSprout Platforms, you are opting to receive emails, notifications, and SMSs from us. These messages, emails, or notifications are necessary for the administration of the Platform and for your use of the Services, and therefore you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices from us.
6. REVIEWING, CHANGING, OR DELETING INFORMATION
If you would like to review or change your user name, email id, or other basic Personal Information, as may have been provided for creating an account, you can do so by logging in to your profile or by contacting us.
7. ACCESSING & CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the Data that you provide to us and any subsequent updates. We encourage all users to review, update and correct the Data that we maintain about you, and you may request that we delete your Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for the purposes it is being collected or is being processed in a way that infringes any applicable legal requirement.
Your right to review, update, correct, and delete your Data may be limited, subject to the law of your jurisdiction: (i) if your requests are abusive and or unreasonable, impractical and excessive, (ii) If the rights or safety of any another person or persons individually or collectively would be encroached upon, or (iii) If the information or material you are requesting relates to existing or an anticipated legal proceedings between you and us, or providing access to you would prejudice negotiations between iSprout or an investigation of possible unlawful activity. Your right to review, update, correct, and delete your Data is subject to iSprout records retention policies and applicable law, including any mandated retention requirements as per the law prevailing.
8. SECURITY: HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We have implemented multiple and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial access control process safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to Data and to maintain data security. These safeguards take into account the sensitivity of the Data that we collect, the data we process, and the way we store and the usagae current state of technology. Technological safeguards that we implement to secure your Data include strict user based access control procedures, firewall protection and end-to-end encryption of your Data, all the server connections made through the Platform are HTTPS secured. At an organizational level, we only allow specific personnel of the Company, who are pre-authorised, to access your Data only on a need-to-know basis.
We follow popular, generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information you submit to us, during transmission and after we receive it, including storing your Data at a subnet level. 9. CHILDREN UNDER 18
The Platform and the Services are not intended for users under 18. Willingly, we don’t collect any Data from the children under 18. Whenever it is come to our notice, that a person submitting Data is under 18, we will delete the account and any related information as soon as possible. If our Platform contains links to other sites and resources provided by the third parties, these links are provided for your/user convenience only. This includes links contained in the advertisements, not limited to but including banner advertisements and any other sponsored links. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and we will not accept any responsibility for them either for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the Platform and or on the platform, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such third party websites/platforms/links.
11. COMPLIANCE WITH DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS
The information we obtain from and about you may be processed and stored in India and our other various servers located across different geographical locations, which may provide for different data protection rules than the country in which you reside. We comply with generally accepted industry standard regulations regarding the collection, use, and retention of data. Each geographical location may provide for a different data protection rules different than the country in which you reside. By using the Services, you are providing the consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including to the transfer of your information outside of your country of residence. We, the iSprout reserve the right to amend and update the Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the legal framework, our data collection and use practices, the features of our Services, or advances in our Platforms. You are advised to check this page periodically for any such changes. Use of the Data that we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will inform through this platform. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Platform and the Services following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your consent and acceptance of those changes.
