Job Description: Executive Chef (Membership Club) Job Title: Executive Chef Department: Food & Beverage / Culinary Reports To: General Manager / Director of F&B Experience Required 15+ Years in the Hospitality Industry (Membership Club experience highly preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Executive Chef with a minimum of 15 years in the hospitality industry to lead the culinary operations of our upcoming, premier membership club. The ideal candidate will have extensive pre-opening experience, acting as the driving force behind our kitchen setup, concept creation, and team building. You will be responsible for designing an extraordinary, multi-cuisine dining experience that exceeds the high expectations of our exclusive clientele, featuring innovative menus across Fusion, Continental, Oriental, Japanese, Pan Asian, Arabian, North Indian (regional specialties), South Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese cuisines. ________________________________________ Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Pre-Opening Operations & Infrastructure Setup • Kitchen Design & Setup: Collaborate with management and kitchen consultants to design efficient, state-of-the-art kitchen layouts tailored for high-volume, multi-cuisine operations. • Equipment & Procurement: Oversee the selection, procurement, and installation of all kitchen equipment. • Cutlery & Crockery: Source and select premium, concept-aligned cutlery, crockery, and glassware that elevate the dining presentation and match the club's exclusive aesthetic. • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with premium suppliers and vendors for raw materials, dry goods, and specialized ingredients. 2. Menu Engineering & Culinary Innovation • Multi-Cuisine Mastery: Design, develop, and standardize comprehensive menus covering a wide array of cuisines: Fusion, Continental, Oriental, Japanese, Pan Asian, Arabian, North Indian (all regional states), South Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese. • Monthly Menu Design: Continuously refresh offerings by designing and launching "best-in-class" dynamic menus on a monthly basis, incorporating seasonal ingredients and keeping the dining experience exciting for regular club members. • Unique Client Offerings: Introduce trend-setting dishes and bespoke dining experiences (e.g., chef's tables, tasting menus, live stations) that cater to sophisticated palates. • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create detailed recipe cards, plating guides, and presentation standards to ensure absolute consistency across all outlets. 3. Inventory, Par Stock & Cost Control • Banquet & Par Stock Planning: Meticulously forecast and plan par stock requirements to ensure seamless execution of daily operations as well as large-scale banqueting and catering events, avoiding both shortages and overstocking. • Costing & Pricing: Conduct rigorous recipe costing and yield testing to ensure optimal menu pricing. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the culinary department's pre-opening and operational budgets. • Waste Reduction: Implement strict inventory control, portion control, and waste management protocols to maintain a highly profitable food cost percentage. 4. Quality Assurance, Hygiene & Compliance • Ingredient Quality Control: Implement and oversee rigorous receiving protocols and quality checks for all incoming groceries, vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, and poultry to ensure only the highest-grade products enter the kitchen. • Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure absolute compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards). Keep the kitchen environment impeccably clean at all times. • Grooming & Health Standards: Enforce strict personal grooming, uniform, health, and hygiene standards for all kitchen staff, ensuring 100% compliance with premium hospitality benchmarks. • Member Relations: Periodically interact with club members to gather feedback, accommodate special dietary requests, and build personalized culinary relationships. 5. Position: Head Procurement Job location: Hyderabad Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Procurement based in Hyderabad. The Head Procurement will oversee and manage the procurement process, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely availability of materials. This role will involve developing and managing supply chain strategies, streamlining materials management processes, and ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support overall business operations. Legal Head
Head of Legal – Role Description Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Reporting to: CFO / Management Stakeholder Management: Sales, HR, Finance, and International Clients 1. Strategic Leadership & Management Support Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, aligning legal frameworks with business expansion goals across India and international markets. Departmental Oversight: Lead the legal function, managing internal legal teams and external law firms to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery. Risk Governance: Design and implement a comprehensive Risk Mitigation Framework for property acquisitions, long-term leases, and high-value enterprise sales. 2. Departmental Support Functions Sales Enablement: Streamline the turnaround time (TAT) for Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and customized lease agreements for enterprise clients. Join highstakes Teams meetings with international client legal teams to resolve roadblocks. Finance & Taxation: Collaborate with the Finance team on stamp duty optimizations, property tax compliance, and debt financing legalities. HR & Employment Law: Oversee labor law compliance, POSH guidelines, and drafting of executive employment contracts or employee stock option plans (ESOPs). 3. Real Estate, RERA & Liaison Property Due Diligence: Lead 100% compliant title search and technical due diligence for new managed office sites. RERA & Statutory Compliance: Ensure all projects are registered under RERA where applicable; manage filings and represent the company before RERA authorities. Liaison: Lead interactions with government bodies (GHMC, HMDA, DTP) for building approvals, occupancy certificates, and fire safety licenses. 4. Contracts, Drafting & IP Complex Drafting: Expertise in drafting and vetting tripartite agreements, revenuesharing models, and vendor contracts. IP Management: Proactively protect iSprout’s brand identity, trademarks, and proprietary workspace technologies. 5. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Representation: Oversee all litigation matters, including recovery of dues, landlordtenant disputes, and consumer court cases. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Prioritize arbitration and mediation to settle commercial disputes efficiently, preserving business relationships. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 12+ years of PQE (Post-Qualification Experience), with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Real Estate, Coworking, or Hospitality. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) from a premier institution is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in legal-tech tools for contract lifecycle management (CLM) and virtual collaboration via Microsoft Teams. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation prowess, executive presence for board-level reporting, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
