Assistant Sales Manager
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Head role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the overall sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for managed office and coworking solutions. You will play a strategic leadership role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The role involves overseeing the entire sales lifecycle—from strategy development and team leadership to client acquisition and deal closures. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business goals, enhance brand positioning, and deliver a seamless client experience. Your ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies will be key to scaling business performance in the region.

Head Procurement
Position: Head Procurement Job location: Hyderabad Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Procurement based in Hyderabad. The Head Procurement will oversee and manage the procurement process, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely availability of materials. This role will involve developing and managing supply chain strategies, streamlining materials management processes, and ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support overall business operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes Exp. in Projects - Civil, Structures, Finishing and Hospitality Industry is preferred Exp. in Interior fit out projects also will be helpful (Managed office or commercial spaces) Strong skills in Contract Management and vendor negotiations Proven ability to analyze and optimize procurement strategies to enhance efficiency Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder relationship management skills Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management a plus
