HR Manager (Hospitality Division)
Job Opportunity: Human Resources Manager (Hospitality Division) Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience Required: 10–12+ Years (Mandatory) The Role: The HR Manager, you will be the backbone of our people operations. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from hunting for top-tier talent to ensuring our workplace remains inclusive and high performing. Manager CX
Role Overview: The Manager – Customer Experience supports the Head CX in managing customer experience for managed office spaces. The role drives execution of engagement programs, NPS, retention, collections support, advocacy, and referrals. Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship: Execute CX engagement plans including feedback cycles, NPS, CSAT, events, networking and value-added services. • Client Renewals & Retention: Monitor renewal risks, support sentiment tracking, pre-renewal engagement and retention strategy. • Finance & Compliance: Oversee regional collections follow-ups, overdue recovery and coordination with Finance. Ensure 100% compliance in client documentation • Marketing Collaterals: Ensure collection of testimonials, Google/social media reviews, spotlight stories, and newsletter content. • Client Referrals: Plan and implement referral programs, ensuring quality referrals and coordination with Sales. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Assistant Managers, Sr. Executives, Executives and Interns to ensure SOP adherence. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Head role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the overall sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for managed office and coworking solutions. You will play a strategic leadership role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The role involves overseeing the entire sales lifecycle—from strategy development and team leadership to client acquisition and deal closures. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business goals, enhance brand positioning, and deliver a seamless client experience. Your ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies will be key to scaling business performance in the region.
General Manager
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager – Projects role located in Hyderabad, Telangana. The General Manager – Projects will be responsible for leading and overseeing hotel and resort construction or renovation projects from planning to final delivery. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, including planning, coordination, execution, logistics management, vendor handling, and ensuring projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards. You will play a strategic leadership role in managing multidisciplinary teams, driving project performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in construction management, project monitoring, quality assurance, and the ability to handle large-scale hospitality projects efficiently.
MEP Manager
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Telangana for an MEP Manager. The MEP Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing (MEP) systems throughout project lifecycles including Road works, Rain Water Harvesting and drainage. Responsibilities include managing MEP design, supervising plumbing works, streamlining MEP coordination across stakeholders, and managing procurement activities to ensure project timelines and standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications 8-10+ years Exp in MEP overall including Fire Fighting, Roads works and so on Knowledge of MEP Design and proficiency in planning and executing technical solutions Experience in overseeing Plumbing and related utilities installation Skills in managing Procurement processes for MEP-related systems Strong project management abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and team collaboration skills A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline is preferred Experience with Commercial projects (Hospitality industry) is advantageous
Manager - QS Billing and QC (Civil/MEP)
Sector: Hospitality / High-End Commercial Projects Reporting to: GM – Projects Liaisons: Procurement, Finance Head, and Director 1. Project Initiation & BOQ Management • BOQ Validation: Review and finalize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Civil, Interior Fit-out, and MEP works based on hospitality-specific design standards. • Requirement Analysis: Coordinate with the GM Projects to initiate material and labor requirements, ensuring they align with the approved project budget. • Procurement Support: Assist the Procurement team in technical bid evaluations to ensure vendors can meet the high-end finishing requirements of a luxury hotel. 2. Quality Control & Technical Audit • Standard Compliance: Implement stringent QC processes for Civil and MEP works (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety) to ensure they meet 5-star hospitality benchmarks. • Material Inspection: Verify that all materials delivered by vendors match the approved samples and specifications. • Workmanship Oversight: Conduct regular site walks to monitor the quality of execution, focusing on "snag-free" delivery. 3. Billing, Validation & Cost Control • Measurement Verification: Perform joint measurements on-site for all Civil and MEP works to validate vendor invoices. • Billing Cycle Management: Process Running Account (RA) bills and Final Bills, ensuring all arithmetic and contractual compliance is met before forwarding to the Finance Head. • Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of free-issue materials (if any) and ensure zero wastage beyond permissible limits. 4. Vendor Accountability & Financial Governance • Debit Note Management: Proactively identify sub-standard work or delays. You are empowered to initiate debit notes for rework costs or damages incurred due to vendor negligence. • Payment Holds: Strategically hold payments or retention money in coordination with the Director and Finance Head if quality standards are not met or if snags remain unaddressed. • Contractual Enforcement: Act as the primary gatekeeper for quality; if a vendor fails to meet the "High-End" project standards, you are responsible for the financial recovery process. 5. Project Handover & Close-out • Snag List Management: Compile comprehensive snag lists during the pre-handover phase and ensure 100% rectification by vendors. • As-Built Documentation: Verify "As-Built" drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals provided by MEP vendors. • Final Certification: Issue the Final Completion Certificate only after confirming that all quality, commercial, and technical parameters are satisfied. ________________________________________ Candidate Profile & Competencies • Experience: 8–12 years in QS/Billing/QC, with at least 3–5 years specifically in Hotel/Hospitality or commercial projects or Residential projects. • Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of Civil structures, finishing (marble, woodwork, glazing), and complex MEP systems. • Integrity: High level of professional ethics, as this role involves significant financial validation and vendor management. • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and advanced Excel (ERP experience is a plus).
