Sales Head
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Head role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the overall sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for managed office and coworking solutions. You will play a strategic leadership role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The role involves overseeing the entire sales lifecycle—from strategy development and team leadership to client acquisition and deal closures. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business goals, enhance brand positioning, and deliver a seamless client experience. Your ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies will be key to scaling business performance in the region.
Sales Manager
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, pitching iSprout's managed office solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a high-quality client acquisition and retention process.

Project Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple complex projects. You will leverage your 20 years of rich experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your proficiency in leading multidisciplinary teams, making critical decisions, and achieving tangible business outcomes will be paramount to your success
