iSprout expands portfolio to 2.5 million sq. ft., records 90% growth in Q3

iSprout, a leading provider of flexible and managed workspace results, recorded a strong third- quarter performance, achieving an emotional 90% growth and expanding its total workspace portfolio to nearly 2.5 million square feet across India.

The company's growth initiation was largely driven by rising demand from Global Capability Centres( GCCs) and large enterprises, particularly across the IT services and Banking, Financial Services and Insurance( BFSI) sectors. During the quarter, iSprout strengthened its presence across nine major metro requests, where leasing exertion improved significantly compared to the same period last year. This growth was supported by sustained enterprise demand and a continued shift toward flexible and managed office models.

During the quarter, the company added nearly 1.1 million square feet through nine new centres featuring Grade-A structures. These centres are designed to support enterprise- grade conditions with scalable layouts, customization capabilities, and completely managed service delivery.

iSprout stated that it's expansion strategy continues to concentrate on high- growth business corridors and enterprise- led demand, with an emphasis on delivering scalable, high-quality, and ready- to- emplace workspace surroundings across India.
