This Cancellation Policy defines the rules, timelines, and procedures for cancelling iSprout services, including Managed Offices, Virtual Offices, and Meeting Room bookings. Since these services involve infrastructure reservation, operational preparation, compliance processing, and resource allocation, cancellations are governed by structured, time-bound conditions.
By purchasing or booking any iSprout service, clients agree to follow this Cancellation Policy along with applicable service agreements. Cancellation eligibility, fees, and consequences vary by service category and commitment type.
Managed Office Cancellation
Managed Office cancellations are primarily governed by the specific signed service agreement, proposal, or license contract executed with the client. Those contract terms take precedence over general policy rules.
Virtual Office Cancellation
Virtual Office services involve address allocation, compliance workflows, documentation processing, and regulatory support activities. Because these services are compliance-linked, cancellations follow stricter rules.
Meeting Room Cancellation
Meeting Rooms and conference facilities are short-duration, slot-based bookings. Because time slots are reserved and inventory is limited, cancellation charges depend on timing.
Operational Cancellation by iSprout
iSprout reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services or bookings due to operational or safety reasons. While such cases are uncommon, they may occur when continuation is not reasonably possible.
Asset Return and Access Closure
Upon cancellation or termination of Managed Office or Virtual Office services, all access and branding rights must be formally closed.
Abuse of Cancellation Privileges
Clients are expected to use booking and cancellation privileges responsibly. Repeated last-minute cancellations, speculative bookings, or intentional slot blocking harms service availability.
